Specialists in Caucasian Dreads, With over three years dreadlock experience making and maintaining hundreds of heads of Dreads, Dreadworx Resident loctician sarah will whip straight hair & frizzy locks into super knatty dreads in no time flat.

What does it cost?

Tidy ups start from £30 for the first two hours and then £10 each hour thereafter, even the most severe messes can be cleaned up in three to four hours.

Full dreading's are charged at a flat rate of £80-100 depending on your hair type and length.

What do we do?

Dreadworx use latch hooks and all the latest in dreadlock technology to tidy up dreads and keep them tidy. We also teach your how to look after your dreads so your can prolong your next visit.

For making dreadlocks Dreadworx use the back combing technique, to create tight, sexy flowing locks in hours.

For the last three years Dreadworx has been working with locticians across the UK to make the Nation Knotty. We have locticians in many Major cities all willing to make you dreadie and now finally Dreadworx once again has a resident loctician.

What don't we do

Unlike our competitors Dreadworx endorsed locticians do not use techniques that damage hair. This includes the use of boiled wax, the practice of burning tips and the use of razor sharp barbed needles all of which hurt dreadee, damage the dreads, take a long time to implement and make changes that don't last. Using such techniques may fly in Thailand but for liability and ethical issues we refuse to use these any of these methods as part of our dread maintainence techniques.

What can i do whilst having my dreads done?

Bring some DVD's to watch! We have the facilities for all our client to watch DVD's during the dreading process which in between having a chat with our staff and asking all those burning questions makes the time fly.

If you need to get some work done, or just want to browse the web then we can provide plug in points for your laptop and access to a WiFi network.

Or if you just want to chill out and read, its all cool with us;-).

Dreadworx operates from two offices in a sleepy Northamptonshire village, where we run the company (Dreadworx Ltd) and Sarah dreads people up!
